The 18 TPI blade is the coarsest of the three and is best for making fast cuts in soft materials. The 24 TPI blade is a good all-purpose blade that can be used for a variety of materials. The 32 TPI blade is the finest of the three and is best for making clean, precise cuts in hard materials.
