A precision drilling jig for installing concealed cabinet (‘euro-style’) hinges accurately and quickly. Features tool-free inset positioning for rapid setup and pilot hole guides to ensure perfect hinge alignment. For use with a standard Combi Drill. Includes 35mm TCT machine bit.
3, 4, 5, & 6mm Hinge Inset Positions quickly sets the correct distance from the edge of the door.
In-built Depth Stop to prevent over-drilling.
Pilot Hole Plate ensures hinges are mounted perfectly square.
Pin Guide System minimises setup time & guarantees positional accuracy.
Glass Fibre Reinforced Nylon Body minimises weight whilst retaining strength.
Spring-Loaded Drill Guide prevents machine bit from damaging door surfaces.
Large Clamping Area to secure the jig during use.
Includes 35mm TCT Machine Bit with cutting spurs for a cleaner finished edge, especially in man-made materials such as MFC and MDF.
