The Trend T8EK 240V 2200W 1/2in Dual-Mode Plunge Router is an essential tool for completing deep cutting applications. It is perfectly suited for timber profiling, worktop joints, and lock jigs. It features a Precision Centring System to deliver flawless concentricity between the cutter and guide bush. In addition, its Constant Speed Control automatically adjusts as it monitors the spindle RPM to maintain a cut that is both smooth and consistent. The height can be changed quickly and easily with the height adjuster, while the 11-level Variable Speed Control provides maximum control for a huge variety of applications, cutters and materials. The router has an extra-wide 75mm Base Aperture to allow over-size cutters to be used, and a Vertical Extraction Spout to prevent snagging. The Rotating Turret has seven positions, featuring pre-set plunge depth limits that facilitate repetitive batch and steeped cutting. The fence is fully adjustable with adjustable facings and 0.1mm increments for maximum precision in grooving, moulding and edge rebating. Ideal for trade professionals.
